Okay, I've been a fan for...2 years now. Finally, just the other day I bought one of his singles that I "oh-so-love!" His Kimi no Tame Ni Dekiru Koto. There are many people who are completely in-love with his music and want nothing to do with his looks. Others, dislike his music and LOVE his looks. And some who just adore both. (Kind of like me!) When I first heard him, I Ioved his voice. His lyrics (When I later read them. ^_^). And the variety and beats of his music. Later, when I grew interested into what he actually looked like, I thought he was "stylish" and "handsome or sexy." Sometimes, I get mad when my friends say, "HE LOOKS LIKE A WOMAN!! O_O" I think they should have a little more respect, but it's their opinion...I think that if you are a true fan, you REALLY respect his music the most. Looks are just a bonus. (And Iike bonuses. ^_~) Even if he was ugly, I'd still be a fan. I think that the problems with some Americans, is that they think WAY TOO MUCH about image. Like, so many people think too much about losing weight. I agree to say it's the right thing to do by maintaining a healthy body, but it's not always particularly easy. Some of my friends do think Gackt looks HOT, but it's all image. Though, I have converted a few...People go for other things. I don't really hate people who ONLY like Gackt for looks, but it seems somewhat...I dunno....Disrespectful? You can think a guy is hot and not like his personality, but what's the fun in that? Only my opinion folks...

Anyways, I don't even own a single one of his albums! I've always downloaded his music, because it was the quickest and cheapest way. That's never held me back from saying I'm a Gackt fan. I think that anyone who respects someone can be a fan. I look up to my Pops a lot. Sometimes, I say that I'm just one of his fans. Even if you only have heard a few of his songs, and like them and you are interested enough in searching for more stuff, then I would call you a fan. It's all about desire.... I would have never known who Gackt was if my cousin never told me and I never downloaded any of his songs. Some people should be thankful for downloading...

I REALLY hate it sometimes when people want to point out that obsession is a bad thing. Though, stalking him wouldn't be healthy, though. (For he and You are ALWAYS "human watching." ^o^ Actually, just Gackt...) I read somewhere that some woman threatened a bomb attack at one of his concerts just to get a fuckin' ticket! Going that far, is a little....TOO OBSESSIVE. When I use the word, "obsessed," I don't always think of it that way. Actually, people like THAT have issues... I'm usually am ALWAYS listening to Gackt,(or Ayumi-chan!) and I DO tend to talk about him A LOT, but I never even been to Japan. I have no money to do things I wish. I'd like to go to one of his concerts and meet him personally and see what he's like. I've always thought that he's very respectful and sweet to his fans. I mean, he calls us "HIS DEARS." How could you even get sweeter than that?

Also, as my last, I agree that people shouldn't threaten Gackt's loved ones. Don't say you want to kill his parents just because they were strict to him. I remember when so many people were disgusted with Vivian Hsu, just because she was in one of his PVs. People really shouldn't say mean things about things like that. Gackt denied that there was NO relationship, what so ever. Even if they DID start dating, I wouldn't mind. His personal love life is none of our business. Even if he started dating You, (NO, NOT YOU! You from GacktJOB!) I wouldn't mind. Of course, I highly doubt THAT would happen....Even if tomorrow, he started dating Ayumi, I wouldn't CARE! Yeah, she'd have to break up with Tomoya Nagase, but you catch my drift. Does it really matter who he loves? As long as he's truly in love with that person, right?

Sorry! I've probably been rambling! It's a little TOO long...::sarcasm:: Well, it's all my opinion. I love Gackt and probably will forever. Nothing will change my mind...Okay, maybe if he did something Michael Jackson-like incident ::shudders:: but I don't see Gackt doing THAT! XD He's so talented and full of spirit, that I'm always going to encourage him on his journey through his career. No matter what he does, I'm always going to love him and his music. I think that's what makes a TRUE fan....
